We went with Marine Grade Plywood from
Big Creek down in beautiful Half Moon Bay. This project was a bear... no way around it. If you're going to do this soon, I highly recommend reading up on the subject on the
airforums. There are several methods if you are in the planning stage including the "full monte"- taking the whole shell off! Do your research, get good materials, and your hard work will pay off.
